Doug Heinricks, K.C. Lawyer
Doug grew up on a mixed farming operation just outside Swift Current and has been an integral member of the community. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Law in 1974 and was called to the bar on July 3rd, 1975. Having served Swift Current for the duration of his career, Doug’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of real estate, small business and wills and estates. He is presently active in the Swift Current Shrine Club as well as a past member of Kinsmen, the Kiwanis Club and a past Director on the Southwest Crisis Services. He and his wife Brenda have been married for 40+ years and have a son, daughter, and four grandchildren. While he grew up playing hockey and baseball, Doug likes to say that in his “advancing age”, he sticks to golf.

B. Lynn Galey, B.Comm, LL.B Lawyer
Lynn was born and raised on a mixed farming operation in the Admiral area, a farm that she continues to actively run in addition to her legal practice. She attended secondary education in Admiral before attending the University of Saskatchewan. At the U of S, Lynn earned a Bachelor of Commerce in 1990, her Bachelor of Law in 1991 and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1992. She has practiced in Swift Current since graduating law school and joined Heinricks Galey law office in June of 2016. She is a past President of the Southwest Bar Association, a past Director of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan as well as a member in the STLA and CBA. Lynn’s wide areas of practice include: family law, real estate, estate planning and estates, corporate law, civil litigation, and criminal law. When not in the office, Lynn spends time with her three children or can be found fishing or at the farm.

Scott Allen, B.A., JD Lawyer
Scott carries on a broad practice touching upon many areas including Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Corporate/Commercial Law and Agricultural Law.
Scott completed his undergraduate education at the University of Calgary earning two degrees in Political Science and History. Scott later attended the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, graduating in 2013 and being called to the bar in 2014. He has since practiced law in Swift Current.
Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with family, playing hockey and studying history.
